Negative calorie foods are a good idea when you are munchy and just want to fill up. Do not eat them as your only food though as that is not healthy...your body needs complete nourishment. Negative calorie foods are foods that burn more calories when being digested than what they contain. Please contact me if you would like a list of the negative calorie foods and I wil see that you get it.

dont eat bread...dont listen...those are carbs, and you dont want carbs. Special K is very good, even dry. Granola. Fat free yogurt with granola, or without (like Yoplait or something). Fruits, like an apple, or bannana. Or a great healthy snack...get some almonds at the store, and ungrated Parmesan cheese. When you get home, get a handful of almonds, and shave off two THIN slices of the cheese. and enjoy! very healthy, especially with a glass of water. And it fills you up too because of the nuts. Enjoy!

A combination of different foods is better than just eating one thing to get full. Eating an apples, some yogurt, fruit juice, whole grains… those are better for you and I usually eat stuff like that in the morning and it fills me up too

My answer should be fruits and vegetables... but then again, if you focus too much on that, it would seem like a task instead of nourishing yourself. I think that you can eat anything you like as long as it is moderate. Right portions and making sure that you don't eat too much of anything should be simple enough to live by.

Have fun eating - moderately! =)
