and told you "based on this (insert arbitrary religious text with questionable historical support), we are giving your land to (insert arbitrary group) would you fight? Would you give up fighting if the occupying force had stronger allies? Would you ever recognize that said group had a right to your land?

I'm a Caucasian, American male, and I don't think my answer to any of these questions would be "yes". I would consider ANYONE , man, woman or child, who moved onto my land a military occupying force, with consequences fitting such a description, and no time limit on fighting. Does anyone have a different perspective that isn't just platitudes?

If not, stop supporting Israel.

I have nothing against Jews, only the Political structure this group of them supports. And gratvol, you are simply wrong. The Aliya |(Jewish immigration) into Palestine (known by that name since Roman times) began in 1881,and was forced upon the Arabic populous by the British mandate given by the League of Nations and later the U.N. The country was split 55% Hebrew to 45% Arab after WWII, and this decision was never accepted by the Palestinians. All of this was based on texts like the Torah, which never should have been supported by th U.S. The Paletsinians have signed no treaties, nor have they recognized the claimed authority of those who have done these things. you have no leg to stand on.

The basis of your question shows ignorance of history. The area now called Israel has been controlled by both Jews and Palestinians at different points throughout recorded history and has gone by different names. Borders have shifted, names have changed (example: Iraq didn't become "Iraq" until after WWI). If it weren't for arabs (and more specifically, muslim arabs) absolutely denying the right of Israel to exist as a state, there could be a compromise worked out and both Israel and Palestine states could co-exist. There is much disputed land, but it could be worked out if there was a will. Unfortunately, because Palestinians are mostly muslim, and muslims don't have much interest in playing nice with infidels, the odds of ever having peace in that region are extremely thin.

But the bottom line is that it is extremely unfair to believe that Palestinians have a right to a homeland and a state, but deny that same right to jews who have lived on that same land just as long.

another moron that dose not know history

the state of Israel was created by the United Nations along with a Palestinian state (trans-Jordan)

not a single Arab home was taken when the state was created.

the next day the 1948 Independence war started and over half a million Arabs fled from their homes. Those that left and went to other Arab nations were not compensated for their homes and were taken by the Israeli movement along with any land captured that belonged to the movements of Jordan, Syria, and others in 1967

not a single Arab was ever forced out of his home and had it taken over by the state of Israel

get your facts straight.
