They can return whenever they want but not legally.

It depends on the country - if you were deported from the UK you can never return - if you were deported from Australia you can possible return after 3 years. You need to be more specific when asking questions.

It is usually 10 years. The person who has been deported will receive documentation from the court who issued the deportation notice and it will be clealry stated what timescale is applicable and is the person being deported is also prevented from visiting any other countries, they will be listed. The persons passport will also be marked with effect that they have been deported, from where and how long the deportation notice is in effect

I think it is 10 years. I, also think it depends on the circumstances under which they were deported. In some cases, they can never return.

I know I should not say, but I will anyway. I was actually watching MSNBC and the news story was on deportation and border patrol. Those that cross have 10 chances before they are arrested. I know I shouldn't have said that, but, It was on the news for goodness sake..

On a personal note: Come here legally. It is the best way. Respect our laws, period.

It depends on if it's a voluntary deportation or were they forced voluntary you can file the correct papers and come back as soon as they are filed and approved. involuntary it ranges from 3-10 years after that it's 10 years in jail or more for illegally reentering.

It can depend on WHY they were deported. Per section 212a of the Immigration and Nationality Act, it could be five years, ten years, or life.

they could be deported and they could be back with in a matter of days. it depends if they are crossing by them self or have a coyote cross them. just give them time.. they will be back.. PRAY FOR THEM.
