People that disrespect police officers, without fail, are ones that have had a run-in with them at one time or another (usually multiple times).
I would bet that the officer reacted that way because of the way you behaved when the contact was made.
You don't have to admit it, I've seen it a thousand times. That's why we have dash cameras in our squad cars these days. It's amazing how great those little things are in a courtroom setting.

It's because of the nature of their job. Partly they can never know when to find a maniac who all of a sudden gets paniced and pulls out his gun.
There was also a famous psychological experiment when students were put in a prison. Some were prisoners, some jailors. After a while the guards became cruel and brutal and the experiment had to be stopped.
Finally, some of the authorities may be simply jerks, enjoying the power they have.

Well --I constantly find that people have this tendency to lay out a particular event that has happened to them as being the STANDARD of every scenario of EVERY incident of this nature that occurs everywhere for everybody in all cases for all times-----extremely interesting that--
My first question of you if I had the shot would be---how often has this occured to you ?? Once--twice--multiple times ?? If this keeps occuring to you something tells me that something is up with THAT
Next--my own Dad was a cop for twenty years and says even now (he's 94) that whatever a man is when he pins on a badge it is going to be THAT (whatever he is) times ten-----If he is a Rats Butt--it will be that times ten------If he is a Bully by nature it will be that times ten----if he is a decent and interested individual it will be that times ten-----We in my family call it the LW FACTOR (my Dad's name is LW)
So if this is a once or even two time thing for you ---you've received a very hard break in the odds here----if this has occured many times to you---you might consider the possibility that your own behaviour is bringing this own

Because of thousands of urban posers trying to spin the "wheel of fortune" in Civil Court with lies of pole-lice "cursing me like I's a dawg", cops today are wired to a video cam--which is on when they meet you: the poser street rodder who just got busted doing something he shouldn't have in the first place.
No laws say cops can't be tough: and many come to be for good reason when they got to deal with urban trash bling-bling boys with flippy dippy cars and SUV's that loudly say "drug dealer/gangsta here---come get me".
Do the real stupid thing next time you face a cop: try being tough with one....see what that gets you. Bet you won't think they're pu$$ies any more, bling-bling.
