You don't have to give it up if you don't want to!! Try one day at a time, substitute pizza for healthier things. You could even buy the Smart Ones pizza or I've had this organic pizza called Amy's Pizza. It's not as great as regular pizza, but it's a good substitute.

You have no idea how unhealthy pizza is for your body until you fully grasp the concept that there is no nutritional value in this food choice. The reason why this is bad is because of the high saturated fat in pizza from the bread, cheese, oils, meats, and butter used to make it.
Substitute your pizza with spaghetti and in place of ground beef find a way to add tuna or fish into it. A lot of fish is loaded with healthy cholesterol and combining it with spaghetti cuts the fat while dropping the glycemic index value in half. This health benefactor is caused from the massive amounts of good cholesterol (HDL) and high protein content found in Tuna and Salmon.
Drop the pizza and make healthier choices already.

I love pizza too, but I only eat it once every 2 weeks or less. Moderation is key. I never totally eliminate something I love to eat. Plus I would get sick of pizza if I had it every other day.

dont stop eating it unless ur getting very fat and all u gotta do 2 not got fat from it iz watch how much u eat and maybe include a veggie or two on your pizza and then later do a bit of exercise

Honey, listen to me, I used to model, this is what all the models did:
Keep a bottle of tabasco sauce in your purse, and whenever you have something bad (in your case, pizza) just pour lots of tabasco on it, and then try to eat it. If anything, it will lead you to drink a lot of water, which will make you slimmer and make your skin glow :)

eat pizza, but cut down a little bit.
and if you are worried about calorie intake,
eat a heathy one and chew for a long time, so you feel fuller.
