A couple left a last testament that when they die they would like to be cremated and have their ashes combined together in an urn.

When my mother passed her wishes were to be cremated. My step father was dying of cancer at the time and missed her very much. He would take some of the ashes every so often and scatter them on the rhododendrons that my mother loved so much. It made him feel closer to her. When my step father passed, we combined his ashes with what was left of my mother's and buried them beneath a bed of mums on the family property. When the mums bloom every year I feel a closeness to them.

These were their wishes. I would have never been able to forgive myself for denying them their last wishes. It was the last time that I was able to do anything for them. I have absolutely no regrets.

Aw. That's lovely. So they are united forever even after death.

If that is what they want, give it to them. It certainly will not harm anyone at all

I hope this a serious question.

If so, I think it is a beautiful sentiment.

I take it you have a problem with their wishes? What would that be?
