Some various Ebay Sellers display this on their description using same Product Key # as other sellers...had to modify previous question after being scared out by a few...whom I appreciated your responses.

The product key should be unique for each copy of Office. You have to enter it when first installing Office. If it is the same, it's an illegal copy. Don't waste your time or money. Make sure it's legal or you probably will be blocked from getting any updates.

product key is the code that diffrentiates your copy from other sold copies. if you want to get microsofts help they will ask you for your key . be sure to protect it. and using other keys is illegal and comes under piracy and misleading information.

same product key #? dunno, sounds fishy; cos way i see it, producer of any types are required to use different numbers on their products; on second thought, they might be using it to ID certain types of product on their stock or whatever
