I've been with my bf for 2 yrs 7 mo. now ! He tells me he loves me and that he will propose" when ready"! The thing is that I think he's loosing interest in our relationship! We don't fight at all and get along fine but I still feel that way! But I feel that this relationship is going no where because he doesn't propose! I really love him! Do you think feeling this way is normal? I'm 24 and he's 26!

I think that you are just so focused on waiting for him to propose and since he hasn't yet, you are coming up with reasons as to why you think he hasn't. Stop thinking about it. If he isn't ready, he isn't ready. Don't put pressure on him or else you will run him off or force him to do something he will regret later on. Just enjoy the time you are spending with him now and quit sweating him.

My friend as long as everythin` is running well, don`t stained it with negative thought ya... In fact the problem that you wanna sure about the direction of the relationship. It is normal that you think like that, but sometimes must open your heart too both of you are still young, are you ready to start a family? For man 26 is too young to make family, coz many things must be prepared, not only our heart lho...
Dont make a decision in hurry, if pushing to marry now and infact one of you hasn`t ready yet, the result come to in mess instead of happiness.
Maybe his attention being reduced cos of the works, so talked to him, better from now both of you tryin` to be opened each other, so could find the way out..

If he said he was going to propose I wouldn't worry too much. Most guys won't play around with that. Maybe he's saving up for a nice ring or waiting for a holiday or birthday. My friends was in a similar situation and it turned out he was in fact just waiting for the right moment.

Are you happy right now?? Do you feel that your time is wasted ?? if so, time to question. But if you think that marriage is the end all and be all then you are on the wrong path. If being with him fufills your needs and makes you happy, then follow your heart. We make decisions and those decisions determine the course of our life. Make the decision that keeps in line with your heart, it will work out in the end. If you do end up getting married, just think, more work!

if you have a feeling about it, you may be on to something, since he hasn't asked you yet. you're just scared too, talk to him & explain your feelings, if he does love you, he'll understand & open up to you as well, if not..then you'll have to really consider moving on, it'll be hard since you've been together for a few years, but better to find someone who wants the relationship to go somewhere.

Hes just not sure if hes ready to commit to that kind of relationship yet. Give him time and he'll come around.

I THINK THAT HE IS JUST TRYING TO GIVE THE RELATIONSHIP SOME TIME AND MAKE SURE THAT WHEN HE DOES PROPOSE TO YOU THAT HE IS MAKING THE RIGHT DECESION AND YOU SHOULD RESPECT THAT BECAUSE MARRIAGE IS SOMETHING THAT YOU SHOULD NOT RUSH INTO. YOU ARE STILL YOUNG SO WHEN YOU MAKE THIS DECESION MAKE SURE IT IS WHAT YOU WANT WITHOUT A DOUBT IN YOUR MIND
