His name is Jason ( i think) and whenever i ride my bike by him he looks at me and smiles, do you think that he likes me? If you think he does should i start talking to him or just keep doing wat im doing? PLZ HELP!

Next time your riding your bike and you see him just ride up to him and say hello. Introduce yourself. Theres nothing wrong with initiating the first move.

Well most likely hes looking for u to say hi or give him a look that shows ure interested and if u give him that little look or start up a conversation with him he'll talk to u as long as the convo is not embarassing.
