I agree with most of the above answers.
One thing however I think is missing is if you have given her reasons for her to loose interest in you.
Have you changed recently?
Or, have you been the same ?
If you have changed in some way that she does not like, or you have stayed the same way since you had met, then the answer is that she has lost interest in you.
The best way to maintain interest is to do the things that she likes to do and then some NEW ones.
Variety is the spice of life.
Don't let the times become boring.
Be careful however that you don't use up all your goodies too fast.
Lastly, she could have changed her priorities recently and you may have become lover in the order.

the spark will fade away, you'll feel it when it's fading, but ask ur girl about it if she's just being moody b/c a bad day etc. most things happening with men is insecurities with their loved ones, we don't wanna lose the one person that we gave love and everything else,

When she starts doing things out of the ordinary around you. Also giving you more freedom in the things you do and doesn't really check to see what you are doing on the weekends etc. It's pretty obvious.

She stops calling as much and she always ends conversations quickly and doesn't call back and this happens to go on for more than a week.

She does not want to spend so much time with you or that she is always busy when you catch up. Also wants to spend time with other people male and female instead of you!

if you feel like she is losing interest in you she probably is you have to keep the spark in the relationship

We all put energy and time into what we believe in. Are you getting back what you put in?? Is she giving you the same amount of energy that you are putting into this question? If not, then move on.

when she starts ignoring you and says that she needs a break. or when she say she has somthing to do, that acually means that she wants to do something with out u. and ur best bet is to give her time alone and ignor her and she will come back to u wondering what is wrong.

Well, for an amateur like ur self...Psst...here is a hint...If she seems to be "loosen up" than usual. It's a good chance she got hers "loosen up" somewhere else.
Notice: I use the term "loosen up" figuratively...Catch my drift.

She starts to make up excuses for not wanting to go out with you, and appears too busy to talk to you.
