No it's just coffee with caffeine in it, even at Tim's. Better coffee than crack. Both MSG and nicotine cause severe allergic reactions in some people, so if they surreptitiously put such in their coffee they would be facing hundreds of lawsuits.

I've been drinking coffee all my life, and I have almost always worked in restaurants. I'm totally addicted to it. No MSG is in there, at least sold in USA, unless listed on the ingredient list. I think it's the caffeine that is addictive. I never did Tims coffee, never heard of it. I drink store bought brands at home, Farmer Bros at work, some places I worked used Boyd's.

There is no msg in coffee, it would be illegal since some people are deathly allergic to msg.( about as many as peanuts). You crave it because of all the caffeine. I find timmy's coffee disgusting, too bitter, even worse than starbucks.

From one coffee addict to another, there are worse things to be addicted to. It's not illegal, it doesn't hurt other people like second-hand smoke or drunk driving, it tastes good!!
As far as the MSG goes, have you looked at the ingredients on the can? If it contains MSG it has to be listed.

well as another that is addicted to Tim Hortons coffee........I and my fiance found out that the addictive ingredient in their coffee is nicotine and that's what addicts you to it. I get really bad headaches if I don't have atleast one a day. And so we searched it up online, and that is what we found out. Really trying to cut back but it's really hard. Good luck.

I have found that green tea does almost the same thing for me that coffee does.
I love the Matcha Green Tea Blasts at Jamba Juice! It's green so may look a little funny, but has just enough "oomph" to get you through the day, hour, minute! hahha. ENjoy!
