How do I creat a Avatar to have one of my pictures?
I know how to create a cartoon image but I don't know how to get one of my pictures from my pictures folder to my Avatar?

Right click on your avatar.Click share my picture.Then select your pic from your folders and then you will be able to use your pic as avatar.

first create a 360 account. then, change your picture from "avatar" to "use my 360"
