Go right up to him and start a conversation. Analyze his responses to your conversation. Believe me, you can talk about ANYTHING.

Okay,
1. make sure your intel is accurate. Find out for sure if he likes you. If he does, and your pretty certain about that. Just go up to him, look him in the eyes and smile. A nice sweet, genuine smile. Wait about 3 seconds (don't break eye contact), then hand him your phone number and say "call me". Then walk away. If you want, turn back to look at him ONCE. If you find out that he DOESN'T like you that way. Scratch him out. Move on.
2. If you aren't certain, whenever you walk pass him, make sure to make eye contact, smile (as above). DON'T be like all the other girls that are hitting up on him too. The more you stand out from the crowd, the more he'll notice you. Give it a little time, and you'll figure out whether he likes you or not. Goto #1.
Tip: Guys like to chase (at least more so in their younger years). Give him a reason to want to chase after you. But don't throw yourself at him.

Ever thought about asking him out? In 1995, there was this girl that I liked but I was too shy. Way too shy. She finally approached me and asked me out. It was awesome. We didn't get along very well as a couple, so we didn't stick together for long, but we made good friends afterwards. If she could ask me out in 1995, you can pull it off in 2006.

being a guy myself i will like a girl that cares about me rather than a girl who is just goodlooking. some tips...make friends with his friends...never over react believe me guys hate it. play cool. give him a sort of a benefit over others. and make sure what ever you do for him he notice it...last thing. a guy can tell in an instant that the girl likes him or not but he is too coward to actually ask the girl..make your move.

is there a party or get together planned somewhere soon? if so, ask him if he'd like to tag along. If you're halfway decent at reading people, you'll know if he's interested in you or not.

wait, that's all there is to do. act normal, if he does like you,he already noticed you, you'll be able to see it. when you catch him looking at you, if he finds a way to be around you all the time. you'll know - be patient. only time will tell - good luck.
