Baby kittens start opening their eyes at about ten days. It's a process for their eyes to open, so the eyes aren't finished opening until they're about three weeks old. You have to be careful during this period--it's when the eyes are the most vulnerable and sensitive. Keep watch over the kittens to make sure their eyes aren't getting infected. If their eyes have crusts on them, you can go to the vet for some prescription stuff, or you can use Visine (the one made for sensitive eyes).

my baby kittens open their eyes bout 2 week after they born.. but even they already open they eyes, they still can't see clearly..... you need another 1 week for them to you ya...

Yup, i'd not hardship about it except it takes more suitable than a week or so and it begins getting puss round it. Then it needs to be wiped clean very gently by employing soaking it in a towel dipped in warmth water.
