i need help getting to sleep with my broken wrist how do i sleep with a splint on i cant figure out away to comfort it until i get a cast on?PLZ help

When I broke my wrist, it felt better when I elevated it on a pillow (supporting my forearm). Also, ice definitely helps in reducing the swelling and pain. If the pain is too much, take some Vicodine, although I didn't have to. Good luck

you could wrap your wrist with a towel or something and start sleeping on your back or the side with not the broken wrist

Bag of ice, a washcloth and a pillow, use all of these items appropriately.

well take some vicodine or some coidine, that is what helps me when i am in pain

when i was like this i laid on my back an rested my huge cast on two pillows

put a pellow underneath it
