ur 13 u will grow facial hair wen u have been through the cycle of pubity u cant make it grow or help it grow
it will come naturally wen its ready

Sometimes you think you know what you want (ie. a mustache) but believe me, you shouldn't be in a hurry. The thing about life is you get what you asked for most of the time, and when life decides to give you facial hair and on other body parts, it will comes in bushels. Who knows, you might be one of those guys that gets tons of hair on their back, and then you'll be sorry you ever wished for any sort of hair when the only thing you should be worried about is what flavor popsicle you want for dessert. Be a kid, because you'll never have this time again. You're going to have a good fifty to seventy years with a mustache, so why not enjoy the thirteen without?

yo. dont shave now or your facial hair will come out late than normal and it will be not in a proper pattern. make your hairstyle a good one rather than your facial hair. believe me it sucks when you get old and have to shave it everyday.

Shave it, even if you dont have any hair in it. Shaving will pull it out.
