Try relaxing music. While the music is playing concentrate on the music. Try to hear every little bit. When you are concentrating on the music you'll stop thinking about the problems and should be able to sleep.

Well, of course sleeping pills will work, but there's night time ones that won't make you sleepy tomorrow, like Niquil? I think that's what it's called. But if you don't want to take pills, try listening to some soft music, and try not to think about all those problems.
I also agree with whoever suggested writing down all your thoughts, because it's kinda like getting it off your mind and putting it down on paper.
Oh, I know! Try working out really hard, like jogging around the block? Just until you're tired enough to fall asleep.

(1) concentrate on your breathing instead of other stuff (2) drink warm milk, or eat some dark chocolate, (3) listen to calming music, (4) read a really boring book, (5) write down the thoughts somewhere so you can come back to them later. Then concentrate on clearing your mind. If all else fails, get out of bed and do something else for a while.

what the heck are you worrying about? Simply tell yourself, there is no reason to worry or get stressed out about it now because it is late and there is nothing else you can do about it. Say o well, think of something enjoyable you did, since you are a woman then maybe something cool you bought while shopping, then think of someting else you could of done that day to make it better....oh then try and picture the details. snuggle up and get warm in the covers of your bed, get in a relaxing position and keep going with that happy thought... Thats what usually works for me :) sweet dreams

try melatonin, 3 mg. what it does is help you to fall asleep but does not make you groggy if you have to get up early. it only helps you fall asleep but the rest is up to you. i've using it for years. no side effects. melatonin is a natural chemical produced by your brain in the front. when you were a baby, you produced the most, but as you get older you produce less & less. consider why a baby sleeps so well but mom sleeps with one eye open
walmart sells it off the shelf. you're welcome. either that or rum

You need a head massager......omg, I just bought one the other day and I haven't stopped using it. I bought it at a spa, but I'm in Canada. I don't think it would be difficult to find and it was under $20.00. I know that it doesn't help tonight but for the future, you'll be glad you did.

one thing you remember, nobody can solve others problems, but alone God. why worry, concentrate on your issues which will take you up. you may try to help people in reducing their tension, after all it depends on them, how they are going to tackle and how serious they are in getting rid of their problems. you do your own thing, and help if you like. thats all, all problems will be tackled, if needed, by itself or by the superior power, one and only God. Just Relax and pray, pray and pray, listen to good music while going to bed. one thing is for sure, whatever is going to happen, whether good or bad, its going to happen. let us follow always good path. come on, go to sleep with good thoughts and good sceneries, that will make you happy. good luck.

If you have lavender oil take a warm bath with it. Drink some chamomile tea. Cool your room down. When you lay down lay on your back and go throw all your muscles and relax them starting with toes going up to head.
