I DO date a person that smokes cigarettes. I smoke too, but very rarely. When I kiss my bf and I haven't smoked in a long time, it's like licking an ashtray. But he's a wonderful guy, so it doesn't really bother me.

Errrr yuk, no, it's like kissing an ashtray! My other half came back from the pub one day, he gave me a kiss, I gagged and told him to brush his teeth and that if he EVER smoked again, I'd not kiss him at all! (He doesn't actually smoke, but for some reason he did have a f@g at that time).

Wait? Do you mean if she tried it once or if she smoked on a regular basis? I wouldn't mind if she tried once but if she was a smoker then hell no. Smoking is a major turn off.

NO WAY. Cigarettes are NASTY. I don't want to date someone that smells like an ashtray and I don't want to smell like one myself.

No. Ciggarettes lead to mental stress later on and can be very affective in relationships.

I can't but some people can deal. I just can't deal with it, and I don't want to get cancer or die from second hand smoke!!!

i have dated a smoker. i tried to make him stop... but i guess old habits die hard. so, technically, i wouldn't want a man who smokes.
