The solution to your problem really depends upon on what kind operating system you are using. I will assume that you are probably using a PC. In this case you have a lot of choices. For your particular needs I would suggest an all in one entry level video editing and burning application. There are many manufacturers that produce such an entry level software such as Ulead, Arcsoft, and Newsoft to name a few. The solutions that these manufacturers provide are relatively cheap and the learning curve is fairly minimal as compared to professional video editing or dvd burning software. Personally though I would go for Newsoft's PResto! DVD powersuite for its ease of use and great burning codec. If you buy this software and you need help call their tech support and ask for Randy the tech support manager, he is a good guy and is always willing to help out a customer. In fact if you call them directly you may be able to get a discount price from them instead of purchasing directly from their website.

you need to properly be able to bypass to Explorer and look interior the "My laptop" section and observe the digicam even as it really is linked for your laptop. then you definitely can drag and drop the photographs and video the position you favor them. it really is what I always do, I by no skill use the using, i'm a insurrection that way! in case your laptop isn't figuring out on up the digicam, try plugging it right into a diverse usb port. My usb contraptions each sometimes do not artwork and that i'm able to flow them to a diverse port and they artwork fin like they always have. wish this helps!
