Loans are too easily obtainable, and the government will certainly give them to you if you apply for them. Once you apply for loans, they Will send you a letter or email saying how much they will give you. Keep in mind, you DO NOT have to accept the ENTIRE amount that they offer. (It's a loan and you have to pay it back!!) Only take what you need. You can either call the office or change the amount online.

Yes, but don't just get it from anywhere. Go to your school's financial aid office and ask for an application for free financial aid. You apply for financial aid from the government, and even if they don't give you "free" money you can get low interest loans that they will pay the interest on while you are in school.
