Well you can go 2 ways with this.
You can find a community medical center that is affiliated with the county hospitals in your area. They are actually very good.
Getting the referrel from them gets you a 'no wait' appointment at the hospital. County hospitals have every imaginable specialist and the lastest state of the art medical tools.
If you're very very worried, go right to a county hospital to the emergency room. You'll have to wait a really really long time, but you'll get the best care you could get anywhere.
Both have what they call ATP, Ability To Pay, you fill out your financial info, it's a very brief form. They worry about the payment later and treat you without you paying. If you just can't pay, it does no harm to set up a payment schedule that is next to nothing a month, or if you're really without any dough, you won't have to pay at all. I don't know where you are located, but in California you can apply for Medi-Cal after the fact and they will retroactively pay the medical bills, you don't have to worry about it.
People think they get better care at a private hospital... NOT TRUE! Private hospitals don't have he strict guidelines as do the county ones. Our county hospitals in L.A. are run by USC and UCLA, so if they find you have a very serious problem, they will transfer you to UCLA. It's the only way to go.

Well first off you don't really want to mess around with pains in your head. That being said...
Id try Tylenol Cold and Sinus for a week or two.... it could be a sinus infection. (i get horrid headahces from them)
ALSO, try some caffine... when your body is lacking caffine it causes blood vessels to expand... caffine (a mountain dew and slam it) can often times help.
Get some Excederin Migraine because that usually will dull ANY pain you have.
Another tactic that I have tried is to slam the mountain dew and take the Excederin Migraine. I do not know how old you are but my guess is that you are getting really bad mirgraines.

Okay first don't ignore the slightest of the discomforts in your body. It could lead to something catastrophic. I don't know how much money you have but you should know something about medical tourism. You could visit places where there are good hospitals for the most affordable rates possible. People travel to places like India where the medical staff are quite good and so very affordable. If this does not work for you, you could try reading blogs of certain doctors who give free consultations on the net. I think consulting some one is the first thing to do now. If it is something serious then you could go for that medical tourism. I am sure there are nice doctors left in the world who would give you some advice on the net.

Can you visit a free clinic? I know, they're not the most savory of places but if it's unbearable you might have to do just that.
Do your neck and shoulders hurt, too? If so, you could have tension headaches. I was having them for awhile. It seemed like nothing would help. Alleviating as much stress as you can from your life could be a big help, if you can find a way to do it!

Massage will help at least in the interim. Have you contacted any of the drug companies to find out of they will give you any drugs for free?
Have you tried going to the health centers? You will need to wait for treatment but it can be a start. I am not sure about your age/financial situation. Medicaid/Medicare may be a place to apply. Social Security may also help. I would call the local Goodwill office and speak with a counselor there someone should be able to point you in the right direction.

Try muscle testing at your local health food store (called Kineseology) and see if they can determine the cause of your headaches. This service is usually free of charge (make some phone calls if necessary). I was helped in this way and Feverfew is what was recommended. It is inexpensive and worked very well for me but without knowing the cause of the headaches can't tell if it would work for you.

I suffer from migraines... so I'm with you on the pain.
Go to the doctor... if you have to sell something... I'm certain you have people that care about you and don't want anything to happen to you.
I take Excedrin for Migraines and go to bed... this is what works for me. If I take the Excedrin when I feel it coming on sometimes I won't get a full blown migraine.
Good luck!

A best friend of mine, a guy in his 50's as I am, rents oxygen tanks, and sucks it out of the container, just a couple of whifs in the morning, a couple in the afternoons. It helps his migrains. He's done this for many years. Try it, you never know. Start out with will small amounts inhaled, and see if you notice a difference.

try a chiropractor...because the only thing that will help you is to get your neck and back put back in place....chiropractors are a whole lot cheaper than a doctor and it usually cost my hubby around 40 dollars once a month to be put back in place (he had the same problem as you) because he installs pool tables and has to lift anywhere from 6-12 150 pound chunks of slate everyday....you are definately out of place and it is not migraines....good luck
