I am going to that place on July 18th and returning on August 1st and I do not know the conditions out there during this time of the year. so please help.

Shorts and t-shirt, flip flops for the day time.
A styling outfit or 2 or 3 for the evenings. You'll want to hit some of the trendy night spots so dress to impress.

Humid, muggy, and hot. Pack cool clothes and comfortable shoes for walking! You might also want to take an umbrella because it's been raining quite a bit lately.

No flip-flops or sandals ever! For Pete's sake wear sneakers.
