Do you think that always riding by his house on my bike is a good idea?

Totally depends on his personality. Feel out how he thinks about you now and play within that role where he is comfortable with you. If he sees you as a friend, try to become better friends. If he sees you as that annoying girl down the street, play up that annoyingness until it gets his attention.
Realize that you are playing with fire.

Well if you ever see him outside, you can start by smiling at him and saying hi when you ride your bike past him. Let him see you a few times if he hasnt already. Then one day stop and have a small talk with him. Introduce yourself and tell him how you've seen him around a few times and wanted to get to know him...then go on from there.

boys like a chase they don't like girls that seem too easy you cant make anybody like you either they do or they don't i dont think riding by his house is a bad idea but when you ride by act as if you dont see him and i bet anything he'll be wanting to take you out for ice-cream

mm..he might not notice you that way. You should start talking to him and getto know him better. But keep in mind that he might not feel the same for you. So try your best and see how it goes, and if he doesn't like you back, then there's always another guy out there.

no..maybe onone of those ride, if hes outside just say hey...then next time..make light conversation..then the next time...maybe you guys can have a conversation with more depth..and so on..but dont spill everything on the first encounter.

don't just ride by. you have to stop and start flirting with him. i'm sure that will work. and you never know he might even already like you too.

Sweetie, you can ride on your bike naked if you want to, and if he doesn't want you, it won't make any difference.
