What does this mean..." Behind an able man, there are always other able men.?

I'm smart(I'm not trying to brag.) but I got this from a fortune cookie and don't really get it. I have an idea but am not sure if it's right.

It sounds to me like it means this:

--There is no individual that is so superior to others that another could not, at least, achieve as much as he. In other words; Though one man may be capable, so are many others. So be humble.

This is true because success is only path of devotion, there is both side if seen, a man could do practise and he would find better .. In other word u belongs to family, schooling etc all are the part of environment and thus a person with same environment handle every thing very comfortably.. If always Ur senior or Ur junior is dependent on u that means u are able person and ability is there always for you.

We are all able if we put forth the effort and have perseverance. No man is better than another man. A millionaire is no better than a bum, they both have minds, they both breathe the same air, and they both have red blood flowing thru their veins, however, one chooses to utilize his mind to progress himself whereas the other chooses to utilize his mind to do the exact opposite. There are no supermen, only men. It's saying have faith in yourself and remember that the millionaires, ceos, presidents etc are all men and that you are just as capable as they are if you want to be. You don't need to be anyone's follower.
