distracting your self only makes the problem go farther into your subconscious(unconscious). being honest with your self is always best.
not every one can pay for therapy so one solution is a journal. write down your emotional issues. make a list an honest list. and then write 5 things that are causing it. and 5 things you can do to change that issue.
what I'm hoping you will see in the end is that there is always a pattern. the same 3 things are causing your troubles. the question is are you ready to stop doing whats causing it?
when your done with that you can start your journal on your road to recovery. keep track of how your doing on your issues and write down successes and short comings in your progress. when your ready to stop your journal, mean your trouble over with you can look back and reread your journal and I'm sure it will be very enlightening for you.
i hope this is helped. let me know what you think.

There is a cure called a geographical cure. There is a chemical aura cure called meds. And there are several ways to change your aura already mentioned above. The aura makes the emotions by body electricity. There are some mechanical ways to change the aura by disrupting the radio signal pattern on the skin . Most women spend a lot of time managing the aura. I hope you can find one to help you .

The best way to distract your self would be to get something that really intrests you and do it. Try small projects like make a beaded neckless or sow a pillow case. Even by reading a book in horror. Any little thing like that helps

Actually, we're on the same situation. I think this also goes with age & it's really my first time to be this emotionally stressed, & I really find it so tiring but you can't rest coz ur mind & emotions work.

My advise is to contact many friends and talk to them on any issues, hang-out with a friend or make new friends, go to the malls, shopping, go to the gym, entertain questions here, or do anything that can make you busy.

distracting yourself from your issues isn't exactly healthy. dealing with them is the best bet. start slow, one step at a time. try to work out the most important stuff first. stay physically healthy, when your body feels good your mind will follow. good luck :)

I just reserved a lot of movie DVDs from my local library. It is helping me a lot and adding a little excitement to my boring suburban life.

Finding this chat site has been fun too.

sometimes the best thing to do is tackle those emtional issues head on and resolve them. Avoiding them only prolongs the problem. Avoidance will only lead to more issues.

don't focus on yourself. like of course you can care about yourself and watch out for you. but don't make the world revolve around you (not that i'm saying you are rigth now) basically you should look at others and see what you can do for them. show love to others, and eventually you'll start to forget and just care about others. you know, i'm sure you're a good person and you do it already. i'm tired and it's late so i'll just shutup now and stop tyring to help your life. i'm sure i'm making it worse. okay bye

ONE is to TALK to someone about it.. like a friend or family member.. just to let it off your chest... then Go out and have a good time with that friend.. like watch a movie, grab something to eat, go to a bar or club... anything.JUST as long as you talk with someone about it . Trust me, you'd feel alot better. it's never a good idea to bottle up emotions or push them away.

nuh uh. you're going the wrong direction. you gotta deal with those. talk to someone about them. find unbiased people to talk with. christians, preferably, since they can give you Godly answers that will actually help you deal with your issues.

you run the risk of never finding a true solution if you talk to others. are you willing to take that risk?
