my neighboor shoots random cats and dogs with a high powered bb gun and really injures them I dont want to be a snitch but he shot one cat a it cried all night what should I do

He shoots random animals?! omg. I would politely ask him to stop.. or if you're too nervous to do that.. I would call the police.. look I wouldn't wanna be a snitch either.. but do you seriously want her/him injuring more animals?! :(

That is called animal cruelty, and it is a crime. Would you want that to happen to your pet? To have it slip out of your yard and come back injured... or never come back at all ?
Plus, most cities have laws against discharging firearms, and BB guns count.

Call police ASAP but remember it's ur word against his if u have no proof. Do others know? try to video it or somthing that way you can have some hard evidence on him. Thats just sad what he's doing to animals I'm 100 percent against animal cruelty.

Call the local humane society and ask them what action should be taken. They will know how to proceed for animal cruelty charges.

If you do not report him you are just as bad you are allowing this moron to hurt animals It is like accessory after the fact. CALL NOW!!!!! For the animals.
