How come it's okay for you to ask us ladies certain questions (like "Do you consider yourself impatient, touchy, etc.), but when we switch and start asking you the same types of questions, you disappear? I know not all guys do this, but just wondering why some do.

I believe that this falls under the category of the differences between the two sexes.

Women, overall, do a much better job expressing themselves and communicating then men do. This is not a blanket statement but it is true.

Men don't always feel as comfortable expressing themselves. Sometimes it is a macho thing. Sometimes they are too embarrassed by their answer and they do not want to be seen as weak or gay or different.

As a man gets older, it is easier for him to answer those questions.

Guys and girls must learn that the only way to have a successful and loving relationship is to build a relationship based on love, honesty, trust and wide open communication.

I hope this answered your question.

Because some women will remember those answers and used them like 4 years later when there is an argument and throw it in our faces! And we're like "where did that come from?"

it is because guys are very different than females. When guys fell like they are close to you they will open up. Guys try to keep there man hood by showing there tuff. They do not want you to ask questions like that because they fill as if they are losing thier man hood.

Did you ever ask me? I hope I wont do that.

Well, about the others, let me tell you that this is just not the case with we males; it depends on the person irrespective of sex, caste, creed, nationality or religion for that matter.

But why not ask your questions also relating to guys instead asking the questions that purely are to girls and no vice.

Because they don't really care about you. They are just trying to act considerated but have no interest in persuing a relationship.

i usually invite the dicussion personally, but in reference to other guys, they're probably just unsure of themselves, and avoid any type of attention that they perceive as negative towards them

Guys don't know how or don't think they are supposed to talk about their feelings. It's kind of feminine.
