My boss tells me that we get stressed when we are unable to accept certain things or facts. I think it's true.
Everytime I get stressed, I now ask myself why am I not accepting this fact. By answering myself, I find ways to overcome it. Acting is always the best way to deal with stress. Leaving things that worries us makes things worst. A situation usually does not goes away by itself unless acted upon.
Another way I deal with stress is to read self help books. I would recommend the following three books:
1. The Magic of Thinking Big
2. Don't Sweat the small stuff
3. Success Principles
Lastly, i try to master the art of ignoring things or events that makes me stressed!
Check out a site I created when I was stressed! Haha! http://stress.50webs.com which eventually led to http://www.wanginternet.com

You can't get rid of stress. We can, however, turn the bad stress into good stress. By choosing the least of your problems and solving it you will gain confidence and be able to solve the next in line. Without stress we would rot, it is how we deal with the stress that will define us.

DON'T get high. You don't ever want to get started with something that stupid. I would call a religious leader (depending on your religion) for free counseling sessions, or you can also contact psychologists or counselors. For the time being, I would find a hobby that you really enjoy. Doing an activity that makes you happy can take your mind off the stress in your life. Good luck. I hope you find a way that works for you so you'll be able to be happier. :D

excersize!!! have a glass of wine. soak in the bath tub. go away for the weekend. get a massage. take a xanax. sleep. seek and find the sourse of your stress and remove it for good if you can. laugh, cry, scream! write a letter about it and then set it on fire! Talk to a friend. pray. Listen to music. draw, paint, doodle. lounge on the couch. get some good advice and follow it. change the way you think. read a book. do something kind for someone else. try a new haircut or buy yourself something nice. masturbate, have sex, begin a small project and finish it. eat something enjoyable. go somewhere that you havent been for awhile.

remember that life is not always like we suppose that might be... so sit back and relax. anjoy every moment of what makes you feel better. and i'm not just writing down some words, putting them in a some kind of worded...i'm just trying to meake you understand that you are a important person...and problems? who doesn't have problems... but they are never going to bring on my face a smile. so why even bother thinking? what has to happend will happend... now you can take a relaxing bath or even sleep. it workes.
