i know it sounds simple enough... but you have to be carefully not to put alot of stress on your back then. usually doing simple stuff which you might not think is putting stress on your back actually is. if you want you should try one of those self heating pads you put on your back... they warm up the back muscles so i doesnt ache that much.

A bad mattress gave me horrible back aches and my back would go out frequently. Now I have an orthopedic mattress and the problems are gone a long time now. Also, even with a new mattress, remember to flip it every six months. Another tip is a good pillow as well.

Besides an orthopedic bed, my doctor advised me to watch my weight and a good acupuncture helps. If you still feel the pain after a month consult a doctor, just to make sure.
