God gave us free-will. Yet, he knows ahead of time our choices. yet this doesn't interfere w/ our free-will. Predestination and free will are two seperate ideas.

Toughest question there is...I am of the viewpoint that we are Partially powerful, have partial knowledge, and partial freedom. We are in the middle of the spectrum... we can look out into space, as far as we can see, and the mystery mounts..same looking into a micro-scope. is this universe finite?
Is this the only universe? We are all standing on top of the world. Haulin' through space at what? 2500 mph??Scientology has some interesting slants on creating ones experience, and therefore everything/nothing..Seem to be gods ot thetans.Mind-body processes outward to the end of the universe and looking in .Building ones "center" where creation can take place..... just normal everyday stuff 4 a human Be I ng ,.Be I in G(od) ..The Great I Am. dang it all most borders on heresy..
I once had a pastor tell me the difference between a cult and a religion was that a cult Deifies humans, and a religion ,humans Deify God... so basically, I haven't answered your query.I somehow can say with absolute assurance that I Don't Know!

God is present very much on this planet of ours because He created it and also you and me. He planned everything, including our living days (years) on this earth. We simply have to find out what His plans for us are. That's called finding God's will. If we are in tune with His will, then everything will work out fine for us. Luck is a word coined by humans. It is not so. It is the work of our Creator for us. Sometimes we do things against the will of God and wilfully knowing that it is wrong. Then things misfire. Otherwise our Creator has made everything good for us because He loves us.

Everything happens according to a plan, but unfortunately the plan sometimes goes wrong. This is because there cannot be Order if there is not Chaos to counterbalance it.
To put it in simple terms,Nothing comes from Nothing. So whatever exists is eternal in nature, without beginning or end.All of this implies some Cosmic scheme of things, but it is impossible to view the entire Cosmic Scheme from the perspective of a human being.

Can you know somebody so good that you can pretty much know what they're going to do or say in a certain situation? Well God has known us for a long, long, long time.

It's all up to us. We get to make our own decisions. In fact, we're here to see what we would do if we were left up to ourselves. Would we even believe in God?

Check out my article about choices at my personal website, www.jackofalldreams.com

It sounds pretentious, it's called "Multiple Choice Theory" but you might want to read it anyways.

If you believe what the Bible says then everything is not preordained. God gave man freedom of choice and this freedom leads to what happens to people.

I am not a Christian but I do believe that Jesus was who he said he was while he was alive - he said: You cannot move a finger unless it is moved for you - plus: Every hair upon your head is counted. So, according to Jesus, everything is fate, or Karma, or Gods will.

ahhh you are referring to predestination which I believe is the cornerstone of the Presbytarian church.

I believe that everyone has a path that is set for them but we all have choices along the way and the choices you make affect your outcome.

Everyone believes differently though. I guess the answer to your question is that it is just what you choose to believe.

ok answer this, if god news our future what is the point of free will? why did he put us in this world if he know how we will end up. free will only exist in our head cause if god know that we are going to sin in the future and we cant change that what is the point, its like saying god know we will steal tom. so that means he knows but he wont interfere but we cant do anything about it cause he knows that we are going to do it.
