I would say have a glass of hot milk , read a book or anything unteresting .If you would keep sitting on computer you would never be able to sleep believe me .My brother does that too , and he wake up all night and sleeps in the morning.
Its morning here and he is sleeping lol

Take a warm bubble bath to relax you.
Then, try to count backwards from 100 (or 1000 if that doesn't work). When I do that, my mind gets really bored and starts drifting off into nonsense thinking, which turns into a dream. Sorry if that doesn't make sense, but it works for me!

On occasion I use a nightime sleep aide. Just be sure you have at least 7 to 8 hours to rest. If you don't want to take any medication, try reading. It seems to relax the mind and you should be able to drift off to sleep.

get 3 or 4 bottles of good red or white wine and drink yourself into oblivion. Let tomorrow take care of itself.

I would suggest either drinking warm milk, drink a glass of wine or read, those usally work for me.

avoid coffee or drinks with caffeine.Try getting a little exercise on your freetime. Do not force yourself to sleep because its useless.
If symptom persist, see a doc.
