Some Christians practice love, some destruction, and some can't make up their minds. I am a Christian; I try to practice love. I am ashamed of the many Christians who are sure God hates this or that group. I am even more ashamed of the many Christians throughout history who have turned to violence to attack those they disagreed with, using the name of God to justify their attacks.

Only God can say which of those people were misguided and will be forgiven, and which of them knowingly hid behind His name for their own purposes and will not be forgiven. However, even those God forgives have done evil. That does *not* mean all Christians are evil; no more so than any other group.

one doesn't practice love, maybe a piano, but not love. Christians grow in love, spread love, and receive love, all in the name of Jesus. Those suicide terrorists, now they practice destruction, ususally only once....and succeed unfortunately leaving behind saddened family members. Christians can love, and then love again, suicide terrorists live out their beliefs just once , just before they succeed. Christians sing songs of love, especially when they receive it, terrorists have songs sung for them over their body parts, and never hear them!

I'm really sorry...*feels bad* that Christians have hurt you in the past. That's not what God would have done, and I'm so sorry. I wish we were perfect, but honestly, I've never met a Christian who claimed to be so I don't see how you could hold them to a higher accountability than anyone else. I do apologize though...for the Christians who haven't acted Christlike. I know I don't act like Him more than I do. So I do apologize. God bless.

Your question saddens me. A true Christian does not destruct. The Bible, though it predicts destructive occurrances, never instructs people to cause them. An eye for an eye? Yes, it's in the Bible. But we are not instructed to cause that to happen. It just informs us that it will happen. But I digress. I am instructed to focus on the log in my eye, rather than the speck in someone else's.

Christians are to be exemplifying Jesus. When you see destruction come from someone calling themself a christian, it is not reflective of the kingdom of God.

We(Christians) are supposed to show love, compassion, forgiveness, etc.

As long as there is a Devil in this world, there will always be a lack of the above characteristics.

We practice Love morning, noon, & night. We sometimes have to make a mess in order to clean up a mess, & it always gets worse before it gets better!
