Um, you're asking for help from a Yahoo forum? Have you tried your neighbors or local city services? This is the wrong place to ask for help at a local level. You didnt even tell us what STATE you're in, let alone what city.

I do it all the time, the most recent was my one arm crossdressing friend who got into a dress and couldnt get out of it and had me come over to get him out of his predicament... LOL
(True story)
The old lady across from me gets help shoveling snow and I put down sand for her cause I have extra and its icy. Tho she never says thanks and shes grouchy. I do it anyway.
