Pregnancy is a totally different experience for each woman. It depends on so many different factors ranging from hormon balance, desire to be pregnant, endocrine fluctuations, etc. So some women have nausea and vomit and others don't.

Nope -- not everyone gets sick. I didn't. A lot of people do, but that is usually in the very beginning of a pregnancy. Some women throw up during labor. That is pretty uncommon, but not unusual.

I had terrible morning sickness with my son. I puked EVERY DAY at least once (sometimes 3+ times) for about 2 months, then it slowly lessened. With my 2 girls, it wasn't as bad, but it was still several times per week.
