like how to strech or something to be able to do the spilts and how to be able to curve my back in more.

you would need to start slowly stretching your body. go easy as not to tear or damage any muscles. sit on the floor with your legs out in front of you. spread them out to each side of you til you feel it slightly pull. lean your upper body forward towards the floor until you feel a slight pull in your back. hold this for 10 seconds and relax. repeat ten or twelve times a day, only stretching until u feel slight pulls. don't force it or you may hurt yourself. if you keep this up everyday you will start to notice your body becoming more flexible day by day.
