XXXXXXXXXXXX It's never to soon to tell someone I Love you when that is how you feel. It's the consequences from saying it that I was always concerned about. Hopefully your partner feels the same way and say it back to you. It's kind of embarrasing when they don't especially when your in a new relationship. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I feel love has no time line on it. If you feel that you at that point where no matter where you are the only thing you can think about is that person and no matter how sad or angry you are when that special someone comes around some how they always know how to make you smile and everytime that person shows up your heart always skips a beat. Then yes it is possible to be in love no matter how long you and that special someone have been together. Love has NO TIME LINE and remember this YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE SO ENJOY LOVE AND LIFE WHILE YOU CAN.

I remember from psychology class that it's usually around two months that people either feel that they are in love or are ready to call it quits. So then it's not too soon at all. I say if you feel it and it's honest then say it, but you have to know you can handle it if it's not said back to you. You may also find out you two are in different points of life and that's better to find out earlier rather than after a year of being together and going nowhere.

don't say it if ur expecting him to say it back. u can only know when it's the right time. when u are in love, u will know ur partner is as well. it's just this feeling u get that doesnt leave u wondering as to what their reaction might be. when it feels right u say it just dont expect to hear it back.
