No, but it isn't a death sentence either... Hep B is treatable and manageable.

Just remember, Hep B is easily passed by bodily fluids so protection is mandatory every time if you have a positive partner (or if you are positive)

interferons can be given for hep B,,they do turn PCR negative for hep B virus,,,althogh risk of transmission remains there
