Since you are sore, use some diaper rash ointment. Johnson's 3-in-1 diaper ointment is a good one. It will form a protective layer on your legs, sooth the irritated skin, and heal the area. It's fragrance-free and cleans off easily.
Dry your thighs well after showers or baths and always moisturize them.
Hope you feel better soon.

powder between your legs may help. i used to use cornstarch baby powder. it gets worse in the heat. i've been there. it got better but never really went away. this is going to sound funny but....keep the area well ventilated. i find it very helpful if i air dry very well after the shower but before i apply lotion. i like to lie back on my bed with my arms and legs spread under the ceiling fan. its nice alone time anyway.

Do you have thick thighs? thats the problem...they rub together as you walk causing sweat or some type of liquid between them....thats it.

sounds like a heat rash. Loosing weight on your thighs would help but you may want to put some ointment on them. pollysporin or neosporin, skin lotion might even work.
You may want to show your doctor
