Yes they do. And you can't apply. They only hire terminated individuals., by terminated i mean people who are violent by nature and have committed crimes such as murders and are ready to be put to dead for thouse crimes, they are given two options, #1: train and become their puppet for a determine period of time or #2: Die. If they choose option #1 {Most do} After usage {determine period as ended}, they are clean. By clean i mean exterminated by a cleaner.

Yes, they have. Every covert or clandistine agent of the CIA, FBI and NSA are trained for this job. Apart from them, there are independent contractors(Mercenaries) the government are hiring for this purpose. Take for example the Somalia case, where 18 special forces were killed in Mogadishu. Mohammad Farah Eided, the rebel leader, who fought against them was assasinated, presumably by government agents a few months after that incident. If you want to become a hitman, forget about it, it is a dirty job. There is a parable which says; "What does it profit a man gaining the whole world, but loses his own soul?". Life is a precious gift from God. Let us enjoy it and no one gets killed.

I don't know if the government has hit men or not, for the simple reason that, if they did, it would hardly be a program the public was told about. *If* they do, I suspect you just disqualified yourself from ever becoming one.
Anyone working as a government hit man would need to be too discreet to ask such a question in such a public manner. And I am sure the security clearance for such a program, if it exists, could easily turn up this question.

The answer my man is yes, and to become one you have to be a bad *** and I do mean a bad *** and you can't be afraid to die .. . A good place to start is your local recruiter .. You have to get the little stuff out of your way first .. once you are trained as a professional solder ..then if you are worthy you join the navy seals, green brae.. or special ops..etc once you have completed this training you will be chosen or recruited into this Ellette Force...

if you are talking about the Government of the USA, the answer is yes, they have a few different agencies that use hitmen and they are the: CIA, FBI and a couple that aren't publicly known, but the only problem is they must be usless as Osama is still running around alive( but of course he is he is the big bad boggy man George W uses to scare dumb americans into voting for him) and so is the leader of North Korea(that's right he is the other boggey man the George W uses to keep dumb *** americans voting republican)
