OK, the other answers are wrong. Where are you? That is key -- it will cost more to rent in a big city than in a small town.

Figure $180~$200/hour for the helicopter, and a good pilot will cost between $45-$65/hour, again depending on where you are.

So, for about $225~$265/hour, you can get a *commercially* rated helicopter to fly you around for some picture-taking.

One final comment -- you might be better off in a plane -- they're more stable (less shaking) and cheaper -- take $60~70/hour off that price for a plane.

It is not as easy to rent an helicopter as it is an airplane. Your local air port can give you this information.

They are usually very expensive, you are paying for the pilots time and fuel. I would guess for an hour $2000
