for an average man it should be 20 million and 10 million of them die straight away
I know because my partner had to have a sperm test
he had 12 million but none died but it still made it difficult to conceive which we couldn't understand as he had 2 million more than the average man lol but im pleased to say that im 21 weeks pregnant

What you need to know is that it has halved in the last 50 years due to there being so much estrogen in the water supply since the invention of the contraceptive pill - NOT FUNNY - and this is also why homosexuality should be considered a crime - being homophobic is just plain common sense - otherwise like if we don't take better care of our planet aswell the average male human sperm quantity will be irrelevant due to no humans - let alone homosexual ones !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, the minimum to be considered fertile is 20 million per ml. You should produce at least 2ml. 75% should be alive and 25% should be swimming vigourously forwards. If you score less in any of these tests, then you are classed as having fertility difficulties.
Not sure what the average is though.

Between 5ml and 10ml per ejaculation. Don't know how many sperm in that though.
