You're too young to be so desperate. Check out he gay center in your area. Also the college gay/straight alliances, gay clubs, etc. Find a group that participates in an activity you enjoy and go.
DO tell a potential g/f you are bi. If you aren't upfront, don't be surprised to get a punch in the mouth. Lesbians are not known for wanting to date Bi-women because of the chance for STDs and also the bi partner can always go run back to her straight life.

You could start by looking online. Maybe you could find just the right person for you, Alot of people don't want to be single anymore. I am sure you can find the right person for your fitting.
