America is considered a superpower. When America does anything that seems to be unilateral it is interpreted as bullying. From what I've heard, they have acted this way. When countries allow unstable, dictatorships in their office and have shown aggression, America seem to be the worlds police and trys to maintain stability. Either way, anyone or thing that is in power is always subject to intense scrutiny.
