Ahh I need help on whut I should eat

I am a lo-carb freak, Eat any kinds of eggs. Lots of meat, fish , chicken(not breaded or fried) Broccoli, cucumbers. Peanust or almonds in moderation is good.
Oh when you eat meat of any kind, make sure there in no crazy marinade or bbq sauce. Use only seasoning salt and garlic salt , and salt and pepper. mmm good. Rib-eye steaks are my favorite!!!

No potatoes, no rice, no sugar, no bread. Dreamfield's makes low-carb pasta to get around the no pasta rule. Low-carb bread is also available by Arnold or Pepperidge Farms. Remember that fruits also contain sugars, so minimize your intake of them. I lost 50 lbs on South Beach. Easiest diet ever. Oh, also, anything with Splenda in it is good. When you've dropped the weight you want to, I wanna see bikini pix!! ;-)

Anything, except all those things that have carbohydrates in them, like bread, rice, pasta and SUGAR!

pork rinds and plain home made pop corn is a very good no carb snack.
