Yes, I think I have some sort of anxiety disorder.. but it hasn't been diagnosed. I am constantly nervous.. uneasy, etc. I used to not sleep at nights because I couldn't get my mind to stop thinking.
It could be something stupid, or something seriously important. Could be about you, or could be about somebody else.. even somebody you don't know. yet.

When I'm feeling something and don't know why, I keep it on the front burner until I figure it out. Usually once I understand why I'm feeling a certain way, the feeling stops being a problem.
For example, if you can figure out why you are scared, you could then take steps to deal with it. It's the not knowing that is so hard.

yes, sometimes it is just your nerves reaction to a change in the enviorment, perhaps a pressure drop, and increase in tempature suddenly...you never know. That or maybe something in you subconcious is reminded of your current enviroment and is made uneasy by it. Like I said, you never know but it is normal. When I usually get this feeling I always stay alert, although it may be nothing, you never know when something can happen. Ofcourse though, I'm always overcautious since I'm taking martial arts and am constantly thinking of defending myself. Don't worry though :)

I had this problem years ago and was diagnosed with post traumatic stress syndrome from an abusive childhood . See a psychologist because panic attacks and not being able to leave your house will soon follow.

You could be getting these feelings, if you have done something that you know is wrong, and it´s bothering you subconsciously.. it doesn´t have to be a major thing, but something perhaps that you are afraid of getting caught for. Anxiousness or nervousness can occur for many reasons, but think back to your behaviour recently. Most of these feelings can be explained fairly easily.

yes, its an anxiety/panic attack...i get them all the time. i get paranoid for any little thing, or no reason at all. its from anxiety. lots of people have it. some have it more than others. if ur really worried about it, u can talk to a doctor about it. they can let u know more about it, and help u deal with it.

do you have anything special or different coming up in the near future? sometimes your subconscious works wonders on you by letting you know something "different" is coming up.
if nothing is on the horizon, it could be excess anxiety. having this feeling for no reason at all? i would explain it to your internist and see if you could reach a conclusion on the cause.

I have that feeling sometimes. If I'm at a party or something and I just don't feel right, I will leave. Usually nothing happens, but it's better to be safe. I would trust your gut...
