That doesn't sound serious a lot of people are like that, after you have eaten, the food just like weighs U down i don't mean like weight, U just get relaxed after eating, for me a found as I've gotten older I fall asleep quicker than when i was younger, it took me at least 1hr. when i was younger now 38yr. about less than 30min. So U sound like your fine if this really bothers U go see your doc, Take Care & God Bless!

Hi! I don't know about the falling asleep in middle of conversation... But I do know about falling asleep at night and waking - wide awake just about an hour later, abruptly!
I don't like it!
I've noticed also that eating before sleep causes bad dreams.
And eating certain foods during the day make me tired!
P.S. just a joke maybe falling asleep during sentence is because your bored with conversation!

Food can make you tired especially Turkey.
Try going for a 20 minute walk after eating, this kick-starts the digestive system and causes you to use your energy instead of storing your energy into fat.
