In Yahoo! Answers, whenever you ask a Question and don't want any Answers back [which would make it a 'non-question' !], it will simply be called 'a breach of the Yahoo! Answers Community Guidelines' !

I am not sure it has a name.
A rhetorocal question is one which doesn't have a real answer, like - "How many times will you mess up before you learn"
A leading question is one in which you already know the answer, and are trying to see how honest the person is or are trying to lead the questioning somewhere else (lawyers do it all the time).
