ive had the same dream about 4 times this week that me and my ex get back together after a fight we had which happend a month ago.. can any one help me..

Letting go of an ex is an extremely hard thing to do. I'm learning to let go of my ex-wife of nearly 7 years now. We're just going through the divorce. I still love her, but she's moved on.
What I find myself thinking about is how the relationship served me and taught me special lessons. I find that I cannot change her or her opinion of the situation, but that I can still love her, even if I'll never be with her again.
This is a great time to get real about the lessons you've learned. Maybe you can fix the relationship, maybe not, but the first point is to find the lessons that are in store for you.
If you create the opportunity, share your feelings about this person. How do you feel when you're around her/him? What special contribution do you see her/him making in the world? What is it that you'd like to create together that's special that completes the two of you? By being vulnerable and open, you'll learn how he/she is feeling about things and you can take it from there.
The point is that his/her freedom is an incredible thing. Love him/her unconditionally and let that be grace in your life.

This has been happening to me about my first love and that was 15 years ago! First of all, it's normal to think about "what might have been." The dream was probably wonderful, but there's a reason that this person is your "ex." Let it go and move on.....

Normally dreams are opposite from reality. I think you finally gonna have a closure with your ex.

i dreamed about slow dancing with my boyfriend and i got close to him and it was my ex. how crazy!! i wish i could help but we are going through the same.

aww that means you really want to get back with them. tell them about the dreams and they might find it sweet but dont make it sound creepy kus then you might just drive them away more
