Until you go to a Chinese doc, you might want to try this chinese recipe. Long gan 15g, red dates 3-5pcs, rice 60g, sugar for taste. Remove the seeds in both longgan and red dates. Add water and cook the longgan, red dates and rice together at medium heat. Cook until the rice is soft. Add sugar to taste.
This recipe is good for calming the body (help promote good sleep), reduce palpitation, strengthen speen (weak spleen can cause lost of appetite according to TCM), help improve anaemic condition, improve water retention problem.

Dude ya stressed out or something? Under a lot of pressure at work/school? All those things can be a factor in loss of appetite and sleep.
You may want to take a vacation for a little bit and relax....or just smoke something relaxing! :) Bongs seem to do the trick for me.

Are you sick? Are you depressed? Are you stressed out about something? Anxiety, depression, trauma(physical or emotional), bad relationships can cause lost of appetite and loss of sleep. A new kind of medicine can affect you in that way as well.

Maybe you are depressed or have a lot of problems on your mind? Sometimes I do the same thing, and have trouble sleeping until I solve a particular problem.

with no other symptoms, it sounds like depression. but it could be lots of stuff. get a complete checkup, bloodwork and all. if all is ok physically, you're prob depressed. if it persists, talk to a shrink and maybe try an antidepressant. they work.
