I played from the age 5-16 I had to quit. I was a pitcher throwing 86mph (16 yrs old), probably the best in the league. I did something to my arm. I kept the speed, and didnt have the accuracy. for throwing, whenever I had spare time (watching tv, BSing...) I had a 5lb lead ball that I would care around. just hold it and move your wrist around. hitting- you can do any normal lifting curls, benching......just use a weight that is just right for you, something you could do for a long period of time, but only do your normal 3/20 reps. it will build the muscle enough that it will increase your hitting and throwing abilities, but wont make you bulky. Make sure you practice atleast 2-3 times a week to keep up the progress. It's a lot of work, but well worth it. If you need any help or tips, let me know, I'd be more than happy to help someone with something I was forced into quiting. email: acospades480@yahoo

The popular thing these days with all the pros are performance enhancing drugs. Look at how Sammy Sosa went from skinny dude to buff man. No amount of curls will do that for ya.
